What to Expect
Coaching is not counseling and does not involve diagnosing or treating mental health conditions. Instead, coaching focuses on personal growth, habit formation, goal setting, and faith-based encouragement to help you move forward with confidence.
Through coaching, you’ll gain practical life skills and be part of a supportive community of Christian women who are ready to take control of anxiety, stress, and other life challenges in a biblically grounded way.
Coaching is best for those who want guidance, accountability, and encouragement in a group setting. However, if you’re experiencing severe anxiety symptoms or mental health concerns, I strongly recommend working with a licensed professional in your state to receive the clinical care you deserve.
